A perfect guide on etiquette This book was really enjoyable to read. It offers an all-around package covering all areas of etiquette and how to implement them effectively.
The seemingly "little things" that are described in this book have a massive impact on how one is perceived. I will certainly teach the tips out of this book to my sons.
