October Politeness

Politeness is a virtue, but it is also a way to be more effective in dealings with others. Being polite is about treating other people with respect and dignity. It is about being well-mannered and having good manners. In general, it means being nice to other people. The idea of politeness has been around for thousands of years, but there is no single definition of precisely what it is or how to be polite.

Politeness is about showing respect to others. It involves being kind, thoughtful, and sensitive to other people's feelings, beliefs, and values. Simply put, you show politeness by not offending or insulting others in any way.

Politeness is expressed in different ways depending on the period and culture in question. In some countries, bowing your head slightly when you meet someone shows you're respectful and polite. In others, it may be considered rude to make eye contact with another person when speaking with them because it could be seen as aggressive or flirtatious. The value of politeness in a society often depends on the circumstances in which it is used. For example, a seller who runs a store where you buy daily necessities may expect a bit more familiarity from his customers than a person who sells luxury items that most people can't afford.
